Tips :

1. Package your photographs and videotapes safely. Secure the photos between 2 stiff sheets of cardboard or a tight fitting box and ship via priority mail, Ups or Fedex to keep your home movies and videos safe. We recommend you get a tracking number and keep your receipt with the tracking information. Use resealable plastic bags for extra protection during travel.
2. When choosing video clips : Rewind VHS videotapes and Mini DV videotapes to the beginning and zero out the counter. Describe the scene you want and how many minutes it is from the beginning. This is very important!
3. If you are ordering a DVD, you must make sure that your DVD player is DVD-R compliant.
4. Please note special requests (cropping a person out of a photo, etc...) on the back of a picture with a post it note. Do not write on the picture itself.
5. If you want titles and/or captions, please specify where you want them to appear.
6. We accept pictures sent to us via e-mail. You may also burn photos to a CD and mail them to us.
